Delete your Meydança account

You can delete your Meydança account and personal data at any time — from inside the app, or by email if you no longer have the app.

1. In the app

Open Meydança and sign in.
Go to Profile → Delete account.
Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

2. Without the app

Email support@meydancaapp.az with the subject “Delete my account” and include the phone number registered on your account. We check that the request comes from the account holder (for example with a code sent to that number) and delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner.

3. What is deleted

Your account: phone number, name, email (if you added one) and password.
Your player profile: birth year, positions, bio and settings.
Your messages, game chats, games you created, invites, ratings, reports and blocks, notifications and push tokens.
For venue owners: your venues, their listings and payment records.

4. What is kept

Past bookings stay in the venue’s records, but are no longer linked to you.
Reviews you left for venues stay, without your name.
If your booking history has a no-show or a late cancellation, only those counters are kept for 12 months to prevent abuse, keyed to an irreversible cryptographic fingerprint of your phone number, and then deleted automatically. Your name, your messages and the number itself are not kept.
