Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• Account information: your phone number, name, and account type (player or venue owner). Optionally, a recovery email address, if you add one to get back into your account.
• Player profile (optional): your birth year, playing positions, a short bio, and whether other players may invite you to games.
• Venue information (for owners): venue name, address, photos, prices, and opening hours.
• Booking data: the date, time, duration and price you select, plus your booking history — including whether you showed up or cancelled late.
• Pickup games: games you create, join or are invited to, and your requests to join.
• Messages: your conversations with venues, game chats with the players in your game, and support chat.
• Reviews and ratings: reviews only for venues you have actually played at, and 1–10 ratings between players who played in the same game.
• Reports and blocks: content or players you report, the reason you give, and players you block.
• Device and notification data: a device token for push notifications, the time you were last active, and basic technical logs.
• Location: to show nearby pitches — only if you allow it. We do not track you in the background.
• Photo library: so venue owners can upload pitch photos — only when you pick files.
• Payment data: payment status, order ID, amount, a Payriff card token and the last 4 digits of the card (so we can collect monthly commission automatically). We never see or store the full card number (see below).

2. How we use information

• To create, confirm and manage bookings.
• To enable connections and messaging between players and venues, and between players for pickup games.
• To send notifications about confirmations, reminders, invites and game updates.
• To process venue owner payments (commission, advertising).
• To keep the service secure and prevent fraud and abuse. If either side reports a venue conversation, our team can view only that reported conversation. To review reports and enforce our rules, our team can also view game chats and reported player profiles, and may remove content.
• To improve the service and provide support.

4. Sharing information

• When you book, the venue owner sees your name, phone number, booking details, and how many past bookings you did not show up for or cancelled late, to manage the booking.
• Other signed-in users can open your player profile: your name, bio, age (from your birth year), positions and average rating. Your phone number is never shown there.
• Players in the same game see each other in the player list and in the game chat. Individual ratings are anonymous: others only ever see an average, and only once it is based on enough ratings from several players and games.
• If you allow invites, other players can find you and invite you to their games.
• With service providers: hosting and database (Supabase), push notifications (Expo), payments (Payriff), SMS (1sms.az), and crash reporting (Sentry).
• With authorities where required by law or to protect our rights.

• Access and correct your data (mostly in the profile section of the app), including your bio, positions and invite setting.
• Block players and report content or profiles.
